I’m on the bus to the airport at 2:55. Fed the cats before leaving. I think they know something is up. They were hanging out by the door as I was loading the car.

I learned something new (or was reminded) about an annoying iPhone feature. I have all my flights entered directly into my calendar. The iPhone converted all the times to Eastern time. When I received an email regarding a change in departure time it appeared like it was a pretty significant delay not realizing my phone was not showing local times. 9 hours is kind of a big difference!

First flight is a short one to Dulles. Arrived early. Three hour layover! Next stop Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It’s approximately 13 hours from departure to arrival at 7:10 AM.
