One week from today I will be well on my way to Madagascar for my first medical mission trip. I will leave early Friday morning and will arrive in my first stop in Madagascar (Antananarivo) at 0645 on Saturday. I will stay over night and then fly to my final destination (Tamatave) on Sunday and arrive at 0740 AM. Then I will be transported to the ship.
Madagascar is 7 hours ahead compared to Eastern time. It is in the southern hemisphere so technically winter but as you can see, it is fairly warm. I am almost done packing and feel like I am just about ready to embark on this exciting adventure.
